"2 Years of Liner Material On-Hand"....That's Out the Window...$20 Mil for "Supply and Demand"...To Keep Up Ebb and Flow of Orders....I Don't Think Tied To Filing...Maybe as A Supply Reserve......????....I DoKnow...All I Know Is There Isn't a CMC Machine in China That Wasn't Just Bought....!!!!!
