$TPAC Good point. It would be very nice to see a clean balance sheet, with strong revs (and net profit percentage), and a big names(Boeing, etc) as clients. Not too shabby at all.

The $20 million is a deficit not debt. It will go against future profits to offset income tax. So it's not a bad thing and SOP for a startup

If my understanding is correct, that would leave us 17.5M in net revs, untaxed, with 2.5M in future revs, untaxed as well.
