'shortly' is always very subjective.i.e. could mean months, years, etc. After a serious of failed ventures for 5+ years, he has lost a lot of credibility in my books.
Timing filing should be taken very seriously if he needs to build trust and credibility with the investors.
Anyway what's next for Global?
