I agree sometimes when this happens its because something is coming and shorty just got informed. trust me shorty knows way ahead of anyone. they have the money to get info before anyone gets it. lets see if that's whats going on here. it happened with TPAC few days ago and look up 100% from its low of 0015. lets hope we go 100% up from 0024 today.
