Isn't that a pump? The permit calls for visual inspection of targets from the mag survey. If they want to dig they need additional permits.
Treasure would come with Phase 3, not Phase 1.
What do you mean? Exposing Huffman and his twisted thinking of being able to file a lawsuit and take away the rights of individuals has blown up in his face.
The Judge said the Injunction is worthless, unless of course the Defendant lies. Then SFRX has to prove the Defendant lied, and if he is shown to lie (in the future) then it's $2500 per post.
Big whoop.
But Huffman thought the Injunction was enforcable just because the Defendant signed it and agreed not to say anything about the company, good or bad. The law supersedes the Injunction, not vice versa.
Kyle, Huffman, and Hunt should move to some far away world where rights aren't protected. They don't deserve to live here.
