Yes, you are correct. However this is not the case because you forgot that UMS shares are inside shares.different rule. and can only be sold by a % of average shares traded monthly
So I said...So the holding period is six months and the sale is restricted to a % per the Rule 144 after that six months is up?

No the hold period for the insiders are 1 year in addition to rule 144
