May 3 is the week of HJOE/KBM mediation hearing in NY. It's significance is simply where the case goes from there. Settlement? Trial bound? It'll give us some guidance as to how long until HJOE can improve their financial health. We probably won't hear anything for weeks after as to whether it moved forward or not l, but it is one step closer to the fight against these toxic folks.
