I have never been able to find it in their filings either. It's definitely something to watch out for, especially leading up to the time around July 29, just in case it is 6 months. I'm not too worried that he would want to convert shares at this low of a pps, but I surely expect that by July we'll be much higher.
Also to watch out for is a convertible note in TALK's 10-k, maturing May 22. It is only for $23,000, so I'm hoping that it was paid off with UMS money, or at some point since Aug. 31 of last year by TALK itself.
I check the Nevada SOS every day, looking for authorized share increases, and as of today, there hasn't been one.
