Arcturus... The name of the company is International Wholesale, which means they are not international, but they do supply 1500 retail stores in Louisiana and Mississippi. Getting deals like that put together for a chain with that many locations doesn't happen very easy or overnight unlike posting a lawsuit against someone which can happen very easy, doesn't mean your guilty, just means you are opening an investigation which you can drop at any time.
