$SKLN, DD for the cashless warrants. Something
Post# of 22755
Something similar to what happened in GBSN happened to SKLN.
They made an offer to exchange warrants and one of the options was cashless warrants. That was on March 24th. So, the share price tanked. Whoever had the warrants could short the stock as fast and hard as possible. At the end, the lower the price, the more shares they would receive for the warrant, and to cover.
The conversion of warrants offer expires tomorrow. So, no more shorting. And those who got cheap shares will now want a nice valuation.

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
