It can be risky, I got suspended by sending the wrong PM to someone, I know who it was, well 95% sure, but I wont blow up their spot in case im wrong. Just be careful who you send PMs to and dont send direct links to this site in a PM. Put spaces in between the site address or speak in code if you want to recruit them or scum will catch it and the person wont ever get the email.
