That 12,500 per day should last about 140 trading days based on the 1.75M shares in the fraud settlement. It should about six months worth. It started when?? November or December?? Maybe another month of the selling and it should stop.
If the average price stays around $0.04 for the remainder of the sales, defrauded investors should receive around $60k or about 1/20th of a cent for every share they owned at the time.
It's a bit of a shame that investors had to pick up the tab for Mr. Bordynuik's fraud...but Mr. Bordynuik controlled the shell and wrote in that the company needs to indemnify him. Personally I think the lawyers should have gone after him for the money and then let him try to figure out how to recover that money from the company.
