The executive appointment of an aggressive sales & marketing will benefit shareholders beyond current expectations for revenue growth. When you listen to the introduction of various 4k TV launches and even the Roku 4 launch, those platforms mention Ultraflix as being an important partner. Yet when the prospective buyer goes into various stores the sales staff in most cases do not know anything about Ultraflix and the logo is still not advertised on any of the boxes of any platform on the market. So consumers are unaware of Ultraflix and availability on various platforms. If consumer awareness can be increased getting over a million subscribers this year will be attainable. Projections of 4k TV sales are expected to be by 2020 50% of all tv sales. Hundreds of million TV's will be sold between 2016 and 2020. If NTEK get just 5% of new subscribers then we are talking billions in revenue. So if a buyout offer for Ultrafix were to be entertained it would be based on three years of revenue going forward and if 4k Studios streams movies for the purchaser were talking royalties. Long term future is bright. Increase revenues can be used partially to reduce o/s and resume 10% dividend goal.
