Of course it works on headaches. Caffeine is a vasodilator and increases blood flow to vital organs like the heart and brain. Before a headache, blood vessels constrict and caffeine works to relieve the affect. People can also suffer from caffeine rebound though, but generally not when they are already suffering from a headache.

I'll have to pick some up just to try it for that purpose. I know some folks use it for an energy shot as well with the properties and higher dose of caffeine it has.

Nice that the drink is versatile.
