To me the fact that they wanted to dump 400 million + shares on the market after a stock announces a dividend tells me they were looking to enrich themselves. I didn't get their shares as all of my purchases were made before they converted. It would seem to me that the people who they sold shares to would be who they might could recover money from but I don't think lack of understanding of how the DTCC and special dividend rules work is a reason for shareholders to be held responsible for their mistake. They made money off of those shares they sold. Where is that cash?
The actions of COR have directly affected my ability to recoup my investment because trading the shares is almost impossible at this point. If I am listed in a suit to recover money from, I will counter sue to recover my money that I am out as a result of their actions. I have just as much of a chance of getting paid as they do at recovering money from me that I did not get from them.
