Things look quiet but that's far from whats happening behind the scenes at NTEK/4K Studios. As you witnessed today the truth about Netflix is its overpriced at 241 to 428 times their earnings. That's an insane multiple. We (UltraFlix) trade at 1x or less, and we have a huge no actually incredible amount of room for growth! The spend on content that Netflix is doing on original content is flat insane and not providing the return on the five billion they are spending. Unlike us, they can't recoup on a per title basis with the flat subscription model.
Now with Amazon going head to head with Netflix makes me even more happy about the ppv model in place and was the vision of D. Foley which is beginning to show its results quarter by quarter in earnings. UF will add subscription channels for highly vertical content in the future but most of that will be vertical and exclusive to UF.
I'm deeply disappointed by complete incompetence in marketing and the past responsible party that has moved on. Truly very little has been accomplished compared to what can be done. Collecting paychecks and stock and playing golf will not bring UltraFlix to the front and center! The good news is that there is a new level of management joining this year (don't pin point me for a date). Communication has been taking place with them for months making it known what the vision and goals are and being aligned. NTEK will have things seriously optimized looking forward through the end of this year and I seriously believe upon the return of the creator they will hit the ground running. Design technology continues to happen and improve the product and new channel designs that should appear next month.
Patience is a virtue once said and if ever a believer of that statement is why I'm here watching this gem grow!
