concerning the B.C. case a hearing was scheduled for April 25th. However, this meeting got postponed (couldn't find a date set for a new hearing) and a prehearing by telcon was scheduled instead for 21st April.
But I found another SEC letter which is dated later (hence I conclude it kind of overrides the former memorandum in case of discrepancies) where it is stated that B.C. now has to deliver in writing his standing/arguments in this case that was brought up against him.
So, that means to me now that Barry will or might deliver a written statement to the SEC (Law Judge James E. Grimes) no later than tomorrow - but no hearing will take place.
I guess the next steps (if there are any) will depend on what Barry is delivering to the SEC and how the SEC rates this. Knowing bureaucracy to some extend that tells me that this whole case will certainly be dragged on for another couple of weeks if not months.
I'm confident that Baltia will properly handle this and they have confirmed that they will support Barry entirely. I'm also confident that Baltia will do so in parallel to their main objective to continue with becoming certified and that this whole B.C. case will not slow them down in any respect but rather be dealt with seperately....all this of course is only my assumption whereas the SEC references can be seen as facts as I took them directly from thier web site.
Hope this gives some answers to open questions.
