$HVCW Harrison, Vickers and Waterman Inc. (“HVCW”) is in the process of changing its name to Attitude Beer after merging with Attitude Beer Holding Co.. Attitude Beer has established a joint venture with New England WOB, LLC (“NEWOB”) and Southeast Florida Craft, LLC (“SFC”) to develop select World of Beer franchised locations in the state of Connecticut, greater Boston area and Dade and Broward counties in southeast Florida.
