I guess since they are already delinquent does it matter to getting to the filing dates. And the 71 days doesn't state 71 business days so you are right last Wednesday was the date due for the filing
I'm just thinking they are pushing to get things done and done correctly and pay for the consequences as it comes. But once current the tides will shift so what's a few days give or take
