There is nothing to worry about in regards to the Nanosys ..QDV lawsuit as far as QMC is concerned.If there was they would have filed against QMC as well.QMC has patents from ASU ,Rice and Bayer that are broad and exclusive nevermind their IP for their microreactor technology which is also covered in the Bayer patents.A response from QMC to the issue IMO is not neccesary..
