My question to Mr. Kaye:
Mr. Kaye, the 10K report stats under the heading SUBLICENSING that “We received an initial non-refundable deposit of $500,000 to date.”
Will you please tell me where this money is reported in your financials?
Response from secretary:
With regard to your note, I wanted to get back to you ASAP. Barry is out of the office for a health issue but he did reply to your note with an e-mail to me. Barry said: that as explained in note 8, these monies have been included in license deposits.
My response back to the secretary:
Would you ask Mr. Kaye to be more specific? A page number will do.
I am not well versed in analyzing financial reports and have scanned through the 10K several times and been unable to identify "note 8" in reference to the non-refundable deposit of half a million dollars. It could be referenced to by a reference referenced by another reference. Will someone please help me before they take me away!
