Just a limited number of flippers - as opposed to longs who averaged down - who were lucky enough to get .0001s - or the limited number of .0002 - to work through then it should uptick relatively easily as word spreads and confidence grows that both POW Folio and the Markiplier mini-series are going to launch successfully.
The .0002 bid went up from 48M - when it down ticked with the nonsense 911 trades - to 175M.
Once people realize that they probably aren't going to get .0002s, a significant element of that bid will eventually move up to .0003 and when that doesn't get filled either, people will hit the ask at .0004 and above (not necessarily today).
