Humane? They weren't "humane" toward us!
Plus,have you noticed the cost of razor blades lately :0
I would prefer a firing squad for them.Cost of ammo is less expensive
(those crooks aren't worth a lot of expense).Plus the shooter(s) get some target practice along with the feeling of providing a valued service
Also,less messy than the guillotine what with all the blood all over the place.Therefore easy clean up.
