"wrongfully withdrawn"? I would change that for "very correctly withdrawn by DTCC".
COR and DTCC discussed the issue BEFORE the withdrawal. There's an email from COR to DTCC in the evidence. Nevertheless, DTCC proceeded with the withdrawal.
COR just twists things and accommodate them the way better fits them.
When is DTCC going to get a subpoena?
