Maybe it's the cost of doing an audit. My understanding is the cost can be upward of $500,000. I'm I off base on this cost? And three months sounds like a very short amount of time to do an audit, unless every scrap of information is filed and ready for auditing.

I don't mind being corrected on my information regarding audits. So have at it.
