In terms of biggest offender I have been guilty myself but realized its a losing battle. You answer the question and then find out two days later they are asking the same one over again to someone else. It's all just part of them beating you down to get you to respond or worse to get banned from the board.
It's hard sometimes not to answer and so I try to remember to do it in a new thread. I would put them on ignore if they bother me though. 21 has been on ignore since he appeared on the board.
