Kris, as far as contacting NTEK I may not know much but this much I do know. The very best way to get your message thru to the current NTEK decision maker is by either calling Jeff Foley or by sending him a direct EM jeff@ntek.com.
Every time I have emailed Jeff during those periods when we were long overdue a SH update Jeff has come thru and responded and delivered an update within a few days. I do not believe this is a coincidence. Jeff does listen and respond to SH's when pressured.
There now appear to be two new SH requests (1) NTEK's use of this newly naked short seller software system (2) NTEK SH's want to band together to either stop or at least limit the R/S ratio.
Rather than bombarding Jeff with SH emails it might be more efficient to either have SH's sign a petition for each request and then EM this to Jeff. Alternatively a SH who resides close by NTEK corp headquarters could personally hand the petition to Jeff.
