I said it appeared from looking at emails from Huffman he agreed to providing documents from ClearTrust, but then backed down. He said he thought the documents the Defendant obtained from Accel might be duplicates, but he wasn't sure.

It seems rather strange Huffman would suggest these documents would prove the Defendant was wrong, and then not provide them.
