Let them pick it apart. There is some good stuff in there, but it shows TALK in horrid financial shape during that period. So what.
What is important, which we already know, is that this 10-k is the old TALK, covering a period that ended almost 9 months ago. The merger with UMS is proven to be real beyond any doubt that even the bashers have to admit it now. And UMS is the big fish in this story. The old TALK doesn't even matter much now.
Also encouraging is that they would not have gone through the expense and effort to put this out there to quit now. We will be getting the rest of the financials, PRs, and a promotion campaign. The whole works. I bet we get at least some of it by the end of the month.
