Wow! If that turns out to be accurate it would add to the odd litigation steps that COR has taken in this saga. Etrade is scheduled to give its final response in the NJ motion that COR filed to compel Etrade to reveal all documentation related to CRGP. Maybe COR has a backup plan to go after shareholders directly if the judge denies their motion. Seems like a legal strategy with little hope of success though. They have a better shot with the NJ judge imo, and with the NE judge approving the motions to compel Ihub and TDAmeritrade to reveal documentation.
