Ok...here's some thoughts....
The 10k is for the year ending 8/31/15. Remember when Levy told someone recently the 10k and a Q are due to be current? That might mean they did not change year end.
I sent him an email and he said....Please no more questions…just take as it is…we just did our old year end Aug 31, 2015 and 2014…
Whether that means the YE will change or stay the same I have no idea.
If it will stay the same...they have a 10Q due that ended Nov 30 and a 2nd quarter 10Q that is due for the period ending Feb 2016.
So that's 2 10Qs that are due.
He also said they are working on the 8k and no vacation this weekend. That would mean we most likely don't see it today.
The 10k states over and over the closing was in Jan. We know they started working together in Sept. I have absolutely no idea if the next 10Q will include revenue from UMS or if they will wait until Jan 29...the closing date.
These are questions I have for Levy. Should be interesting.
