I have texted him as well. Says "Delivered" but not read yet. He has his read receipts so I will know when he sees it.
I would really like to see the filings this afternoon or Monday morning. I have no idea what excuses could come if they are not out on Monday. He has told folks by Friday they will be filed so I see Monday as being acceptable because I know there can be a lag with the SEC.
