$FNMA court hearings are taking place today to decide about the govt. idea of conservatorship and taking all of the net profits. new evidence has been presented that mgmt had informed the govt. that the company would be profitable going forwared and the govt. still went ahead and instituted the net sweep. in short govt. said to conserve while they acted like a receivership to dissolve the Co.
