"A foreign corporation is a term used in the United States for an existing corporation that is registered to do business in a state or jurisdiction other than where it was originally incorporated."
Didn't they move to Dallas? I'm not sure what it means, since they originally incorporated in Georgia, didn't they? Or was it originally Delaware with base of operations in Georgia. Maybe it has to do with filing the corporate fee in Delaware.
