CAVE CREEK, AZ--(Marketwired - Apr 13, 2016) - High Performance Beverage Co. (OTC PINK: TBEV) (the "Company"
is pleased to announce the creation of a new Lemon Lime flavor for their High Performance Sports Drink.
High Performance Beverages new Lemon Lime flavor was created by Allen Flavors and is now being taste tested through various focus groups and is expected to be put into production within the next 60 days. This new flavor will now represent the second of several flavors expected to be put into production in 2016.
In other related news, the company is now in its final stages for the creation of a powdered formulation for its High Performance Sports Drink. The powdered formulation will come in several new flavors and help to diversify the Company's product line with a one of a kind product that does not take up as much retail shelf space and is appealing in ease and convenience to the retail consumer.

As previously reported, the company is pleased to announce it has settled its litigation with Alpha Capital Anstalt with both parties agreeing to an amicable settlement that resulted in a significant reduction to what Anstalt was initially asking for in interest and penalties. All settlement provisions have been met and all documents have been executed and filed with the courts in order to have the lawsuit dismissed. This Settlement Agreement supersedes the lawsuit and any previously awarded judgements attached to it.
