Billman ..... I understand your frustration: but reading all the bickering today is not going to help anyone.
You replying to comments from Dadon about his statement that a format change needed to be done. Well ... I know after my personal conversations with Jerry that format change was not the only issues to comply with the SEC form 10 filing. It is like an attorney filing a brief for the Upper Courts in that the legal context also needed some revisions for the request to meet certain standards. They have never done this before; sooo chill and give it the time it needs to get it done RIGHT.
If anyone needs to be frustrated it is ME! I am retired and on a fixed income. I have had some financial expenses arise that I wasn't expecting this year and have had to sell off an average of 200K shares a month for the last 5 months to just keep my head above water. That to me is money I am LOOSING in another 6 months to a year!
But I know these guys are doing the best they can and are getting the job slowly done. Not as fast as we would all like ..... But it is moving in the right direction. Your making comments with just part of the facts known to you without knowing all the facts. Jerry is not going to get detailed on every little detail in a drop-in office visit.
Just stay positive and know that .....Your due diligence and perseverance will pay off for all of US LONGS ! We should all be in a better attitude by EOY. Stay strong and Long!!!
