I don't like the last minute crap either. I hope they had a legit reason to do so, it was never a problem with them before. After this crap is all done and filed, I hope its back to business as usual and they file everything on time and communicate with the public better.
The only thing good about them being late is some of us got to get some people in it before it goes up.
