Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (OTCPK: $UPZS) has announced it’s subsidiary Jose Madrid Salsa has signed a $1.5 Million dollar multi-year licensing agreement with Colorado based Bridgeton Holdings LLC.
The five year deal with Bridgeton Holdings LLC grants rights to market Jose Madrid Salsa in the greater Denver and Colorado Springs Metropolitan areas. Bridgeton Holdings has agreed to purchase a minimum of $1,587,840 worth of product and will distribute the product through retail outlets, restaurants, trade shows and fundraisers.
