The form conversions have to be exact and also have to be accepted by the SEC before they go into the Edgarization process. Also remember that it is not one or two documents that will be uplisted to the EDGAR site. .
IMO, There will be dozens of documents and they have to be listed in order by date and in the proper formats required by the SEC. This is no easy task, it's time consuming and will likely cost RMHB Tens of thousands of dollars to complete the FORM 10 process...
It will get completed but investors need to know the facts of the FORM 10 process and display some patience...
