Email from Levy regarding filings. Start at the bottom and work your way up. The gist is the 8k will not be filed until Friday because Levy said it is not due yet. I did ask about the 10k and if it would be filed this week. I didn't get an answer but some said they received a message it would be out this week.

When you said that…the investor was under the impression you were filing today by 5:30. I realize you are busy but the filing was due today.
The 10k was due March 30 and no NT was filed to extend it so it is past due. I am hoping that when this process is caught up that you start filing on time.
The misinformation is losing investors left and right. No one feels they can rely on anything you say anymore.

Yes I do believe. I only meant that we have till 5:30 every day I am working and getting tons of emails and text messages from shareholders and getting to the pint that I can't concentrate on the work.

Why did you tell someone at 3:30pm today the 8k would be filed by 5:30pm today?
Do you really believe they will be done by Friday? I have heard this a few times before. It's getting hard to believe anything that is said.
