Greets all and back from Texas - As always it was a fantastic trip - great friends eats drinks blues and racing -- what I call a perfect week 
Except Jr didn't win and Bushie won
Well made HQ late Mon Afternoon - met with Dave Seeberger VP Legal and Jerry also dropped in -- Came with fellow traders - were 4 of us -
1st Q asked was with regards to form 10 filing for up list - this was reply -- we are within minutes of filing - the delay has been caused due to improper paperwork - remember this their 1st attempt to follow all rules - they call it being "Edgared: -- what issue is all paperwork they had signed and approved were via PDF files - well SEC and such for uplifting require these docs to be converted to word docs and then resubmitted which they state within minutes of completion - so relax filing will be out very soon -- Once 10K filed they have tons of releases to share - Jerry teased and asked Dave - "do you have that big headlines ready" Dave said yes - Jerry said this gonna blow our socks off one of headlines they holding back - gotta great wink and again told don't sell 1 share as we will be off to races>
With Regards to Canada -- that self imploded -- dude backed out deal and they are looking for new distrib in Canada -- this clown laid out 500G was told we'd run 1mm cans @ 650K -- never ponied up and was liar just like Tom Shu we let go . they've flown down a few times and they ran outta time so we are pocketing their 500K investment
With regards to the Indian waters - Jerry's stoked -- said within 45 days release the water with CBD's added so look for that by about 1st of June range. This will be bottled in a great place California that Jerry really love's and appears will be our new canner.
Also asked Jerry after uplist to OTCQB does he think we're on track for up listing late 2016/ early 2017 and was a hell yes -- and asked if i was right i my assumptions and they will r/s to get above $2 for that list and he also agrees well make a couple $2 a share - aka double so all is within a years target -
My Take - glad to be an owner - also added 50K before I post this message as I believe 4 pennies will soon be left behind -- All best to investors and I solidly give them a thumbs up branding and building everything I could ask for
Hope this suffices as was a crazy week but always great to visit company
