So the real victim is then? Wait it must be you. You have a "responsibility" to speak the truth as you say. So you are some sort of stock superhero research dude. You ask questions you already know you can't get the answers to. You expect answers when all of this is pending litigation right now? Do you really think any attorney would allow his clients to defend their position on a blog?during pending depositions?... Whaaat. All questions will be answered with time.
