* we are in a race with worthy contenders and GC wont back down.
* the Westport Cummins engine is costly, but how much value added compared to the CRSV product?
* Cummins is gonna test the retrofitted engine, etc COTE has submitted. They are playing the field. They are not being foolish and picking the first thing that comes along with lip-gloss if you pardon the expression. Still they are big enough and probably can sell some to existing customers.
* The market is being created nicely as state govt agencies like CA earmark millions going forward.
