Lol, my Deleted post over there for "off topic." Stupid frikkin site, lmao. Seemed pretty on topic to me!
"Actually it does exist, you just refuse to read it. Fair enough, we can all be lazy at times. But Updating the Board of Directors with the Secretary of State is pretty meaningless if there was no merger. You do not officially change your board of directors through the state, adding Lee as President, if there is no merger, thats just pointless and no "fake" merger ever did that. Actually it would probably be quite illegal, you are just rambling cuz you know you are less than 24 hours away from being proven wrong."
