Oil hit $42 bucks today.....as oil is starting it's climb, might be nice to start an oil company! What do you think, Chris Tesarski? You dither with your 15 week plus 3 day "final review" of Teco's filings while oil prices are starting to recover.That's almost 4 months worth of "dithering".
