To sum it up, this company used to be a shell company that wasnt worth anything, but they completed a "reverse merger" with a pretty big company that brings in over 17 million year. The company has been noted in INC Magazine for one of the fastest growing companies in the country. The new President is very aggressive with expansion, and has big plans for the company. There are required audits needed to be released, by tomorrow, that will go into more detail of the revenues this company made. Revenues have been verified, but just not put in GAAP statements, which are coming very soon.
Reverse mergers are rare, especially with legit companies like this. After everything is released, the company is doing and advertising campaign to attract new shareholders. With the new financials this company already has, its pretty much a guarantee this will go up, a lot. How high? Not sure, its the stock market, but this company is undervalued by A LOT, after we get the completed audits, we will all make some real good money.
