They made reference to TJ being introduced to them by KBM. The counter 95 alludes to it where they say TJ was an "agent of" the plaintiff. Did they make it a demand for final loan? Don't know. If they did, they're up shits creek without a paddle. If they suggested it, it may not fly as strongly in court for Joe on that claim. Once it court, all is on the table. It's a crap shoot.
