The effort is there..it's just so miniscule. The thing that has always irritated me the most is when I hear that the Founding fathers never could have imagined...as in the most common..."The Founders could not have possibly envisioned the weapons we’d have at our disposal today"
Really..? ... They just thought that technology would stifle....and never studied warfare and history applied to such? UUmmmmm....bull shit!
