I think it's a matter for the FBAR to clear up, and as I understand it from Court filings the Defendant got some documents from the auditor.
If it shows this person was in fact who he/she claimed, then what?

Remember, not one person other than me has challenged his/her statements. And when Mary at the FBAR provided documents that I have linked, it showed the applications the company referenced were from May 2014. Nothing had been applied for other than Juno since May 2014.
By rule, and unless tabled, the company should have already been notified about the applications.The FBAR gets trashed frequently here, but by law they have 90 days to notify an applicant.
