I threw a few dollars into ICNM a couple weeks ago. It is trading at .0001-.0002.
The company is supposed to be preparing to file with the SEC for the first time since they went dark in 2005. Did some DD here on that board and at the hub.
Here is the thing...I thought they would file their YE report with the SEC on March 30 and they filed it on time but with the OTC again where they are current.
I tried to get a hold of someone at the company to say what's up and got a reply that they are working on their business plan and will notify investors when they have something to say.
Their website is not bad and has a great NEWS page that is informative but they have not issued a PR since Dec 2015.
Someone on the hub board received an email from them that said............3/16/16.......I JUST GOT A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL........Thank you for your inquiry. We will be making a public announcement updating the status of our upcoming filing of the Form 10 with the SEC and any other pertinent information very soon.
Ck it out. Invest with caution. I am holding it. They projected 13mil in revs this year. If they hit that it would be a decent investment IMO.
